**Which Eurofins team will I **be part of?** You will be part of the HR team.

The HR Team delivers critical services from our corporate office and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition teams across the Eurofins network, working on internal and external offers, transfers, and promotions of Eurofins Key Employees and Leaders, and focussing on employee lifecycle and local HR projects. To achieve this, the team also works closely with colleagues from the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partners, Tax, and Legal departments.

**_ SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:_**
- ** Contribute **to the team by working on offer drafting and validation, contract drafting, document management and other HR-related topics for employees in Brussels and internationally
- ** Participate **in** **HR projects such as designing and setting up a training policy
- ** Learn** about the HR environment, understand its needs, and provide data-driven support
- With the support of the Analytics team, work on streamlining and digitalising the many processes managed by the HR team, while developing the right KPIs and dashboard to follow these processes
- ** Be the **central gatekeeper** for the Employee Master Data, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and effective report validation.

**Qualifications**

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:_**
- Your profile should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as autonomy and a proactive attitude.
- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerBI knowledge would be a plus. Fluent in English (written and verbal); French is a plus.
