**Your essential tasks ✍**

You will work in collaboration with your mentor. Here is what a typical day will look like:

- Booking purchase invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
- Monitoring of banking transactions - you will book & monitor our outgoing transactions
- Preparing payments
- Checking approvals
- Supplement national bank surveys & exchange rates (You will work with € and $)
- Administrative support for accounting ( when there is audit, they will need you support)
- Prepare VAT returns

**Who are you ? ️‍ ️**
- You have a **belgian** **b**achelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related**:

- It's an** entry level** job but if you have few years experiences, you are still welcome
- Having knowledge of SAP is a plus but if you don't, they can train you
- You can speak and write in **Dutch **and have knowledge in **English**:

- You can work on **MS Excel** and you're eager to learn more of its other secrets
- You are meticulous and organized. Communication is key - with us and other departments
- Teamwork makes the dream work; they are always in for a good joke Of course, you can also work independently on your cases.
