Job description
As Merchandizing Officer at House of Bilocca, you will be leading the following tasks:

- Supporting the coordination of the whole product life-cycle
- Identifying trends, as well as new brands, and flagging them as such
- Monitoring and enrich product information
- Overseeing all pictures for each product and arranging photos in case anything is missing
- Supporting the team with the daily manual merchandising to ensure products are shown online in the right product overviews and brand pages
- Supporting the merchandisers with online batches by uploading and adjusting them in the system
- Reporting important/special product deliveries to the relevant teams and ensuring they are available online in a timely manner
- Communicating with warehouse teams to ensure items are released on time
- Effective communication with brands to ensure all assets are available on time

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Can-do mentality with an affinity for fashion, data and numbers
- Affability to empathize with a plus-size fashion project
- Strong coordination skills to work with different parties, internal and external
- Strong communication skills, needed to contact third parties
- Dependable and motivated personality, eager to take on responsibility
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge as well as an understanding for numbers, statistics and analysis
