**Helpdesk Officer (Medior)**
We have a great opportunity for energetic professional who would like to work in an innovative, achievement-driven culture.

You will work full-time in our Brussels office as a (Junior) Helpdesk Officer. Every now and then you make a trip to support your colleagues based in the offices in Deventer (the Netherlands). You will be part of our infrastructure department. You will work closely with our IT team in Belgium and our IT Infrastructure department in Nantes (France).
The (junior) Helpdesk Officer is an entry-level position for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience. We love to meet you if you have good technical troubleshooting skills and excellent non-technical communication skills, both in written and oral formats.

**Your responsibilities: Provide installation and support of PC hardware and software (including peripheral devices such ** as printers and (cell-) phones)
- Perform on-site analyze, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including remote repair.
- Adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring helpdesk requests. You must create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow up, strong technical skills, good customer communication and relationship building.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment (workstations, fix phones and cellphones)

**Required skills**:

- You have a bachelor’s in computer science (option network) or equivalent with your experience.
- You have a first successful experience in end-user support.
- You have excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and OSX
- You easily use computer tools (call taking, remote control, etc.).
- Organization, prioritizing, a good concentration, punctual and precision are just a few keywords of your natural flair
- You are a team player, client orientated, flexible, motivated, and autonomous.
- You are native Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus. Language training is possible
- You have good knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, MDT and WSUS are certainly a positive extra
- You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact favorably with a wide variety of people You are highly self
- motivated and with reasoning skills.
- You can quickly diagnose and fix problems.
- You can articulate and maintain attention to technical details.
