**Function / Key tasks**
- Supervise the Statutory Accounting & the Controlling teams and report to the CFO/COO
- Ensure that the organization is efficient and that the Finance department is a true business partner for the company
- Under Statutory Accounting, we place also
- Cash management
- Tax, legal, social and local & Group financial statements
- Under Controlling, we place
- All aspects of forecasting, budgeting and three years planning
- Providing strategic insight to the Management
- Active in current business transformation, ARAG investing in state of the art tools, both for its insurance core system for the company and also for the Finance department
- Supervises the teams of 6 persons with the Support of the Head of Accounting and & the Performance & Controlling Manager
**Profile**
- Master in Economics or Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in managing a finance team
- Experience in Digital transformation of Accounting / Finance software is a plus
- Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
- Strong communication skills & demonstrated ability to coach and develop others to higher levels of performance
- Strong analytical abilities combined with openness to new ideas and ways of thinking
- Languages : FR or NL and fluent in ENG
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office skills
