**Are you the next EHS & Security Expert supporting our research and development sites to comply with the highest standards of security and governance?**

As an EHS & Security Expert you will take the lead in Environmental, Health, and Safety practices as well as security measures at the SIEMENS DISW facilities across Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, France, and other locations as needed. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the safety and well-being of employees, compliance with regulatory requirements, and protection of assets and information. This with focus on global processes, defining product
- and business-specific EHS related requirements and standards, and maintaining oversight of Business “DI SW & Headquarter-driven” projects.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- **Support** DI SW EHS & Security employees/organization/resources to continue to develop Programs (Healthy and Safe and Eco Efficiency; Security Globalization Program) and monitor the organizations’ performance to meet annual goals.
- **Communicate** regularly within DI SW EHS & Security, collaborate with RC EHS & Global Security, DI SW P&O, Operations, SRE and other stakeholders within various EU countries.
- **Contribute** to, support, adapt, and promote global EHS & Security programs and initiatives and monitors their effectiveness in alignment with Country EHS Officers/GSEC (as needed).
- **Ensures **an adequate competence management and training system for EHS & Security related competences in the DI SW Business Units.
- ** Provide** recommendations following ISO 14001 and 45001 with expert knowledge: Document action items, and collaborate with the sites to implement continuous improvements in a punctual manner; use of compliance register to document actions for region/facilities

**All about you**

You obtained bachelor’s or higher related to EHS & Security discipline required (e.g., Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineer, Biological Sciences, and related disciplines). You have a proven experience between 3 and 5 years in EHS & Security. A great command of English is a must (Dutch, German, French, and Spanish will give you an advantage)
- Preferred ISO Certified internal auditor (14001, 45001)
- EHS & Security Certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ASP)
- M.S. in related EHS & Security discipline preferred
- Prevention Advisor level 2 for Belgium is preferred.
- Up to 40% regional / international travel
- Able to conduct job site audits (walking for hours inside and outdoors)
- Remote or Hybrid
- Valid B Driver License
