De ontwikkeling en het bestuur zijn in handen van de Stichting KANAL, in samenwerking met het Centre Pompidou.JE TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
- Als Safety & Security Manager werk je voor de afdeling gebouw. Je takenpakket is uitdagend en divers:
- Samen met het team gebouw en onze externe partners bereid je de opening van de museumsite (40.000 m2) in het najaar van 2025 voor. Op basis van de beschikbare studies en de voorziene programmatie van de activiteiten van KANAL, teken je een aangepast veiligheids
- en beveiligingsbeleid uit:
- Je helpt de afdeling gebouw bij het uitwerken van interne en externe veiligheids
- en beveiligingsplannen.
- Je brengt de noden en vereisten op het vlak van veiligheid en beveiliging in kaart en integreert ze in het operationele model van KANAL. Je formuleert actieplannen en ad-hocmaatregelen.
- Je voert mee risicoanalyses uit en helpt bij de uitwerking, implementatie en bijsturing van veiligheidsmaatregelen, noodprocedures en beveiligingsprocessen.
- Samen met de afdeling gebouw en de andere diensten van KANAL waak je over de toepassing van de veiligheidsnormen en -procedures op het vlak van toegangscontrole en bewaking.
- Je schrijft en beheert overheidsopdrachten voor veiligheids
- en beveiligingsdiensten en volgt de aanbestedingsprocedures op.
- Je werkt samen met het projectteam, de ontwerpbureaus en de externe dienstverleners om het veiligheids
- en beveiligingsplan gefaseerd uit te rollen.
- Je staat de afdeling gebouw met raad en daad bij en zorgt ervoor dat het veiligheids
- en beveiligingsbeleid strikt wordt nageleefd op de site.
- Je beheert de relevante budgetten en ziet toe op de werving van een interne security-medewerker.
- Na de opening van KANAL ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks veiligheids
- en beveiligingsbeleid in en rondom de site en de verschillende ruimtes van het gebouw:
- Je brieft en managet de teams van de externe dienstverleners die instaan voor de veiligheid en beveiliging van KANAL.
- Je houdt toezicht op de technische, administratieve en financiële aspecten van de externe diensten op het vlak van veiligheid en beveiliging.
- Je hebt een helikopterblik op de dagelijkse activiteiten op en rondom de KANAL-site.
- Je beschikt over een parate kennis van de veiligheids
- en alarmsystemen in het museum en laat deze op regelmatige tijdstippen controleren en testen.
- Samen met de externe dienstverlener zorg je ervoor dat de brandveiligheidsregels en toegangsprocedures in de verschillende ruimtes van Kanal strikt worden toegepast.
- Je voert regelmatig (mee) veiligheidsinspecties en risicoanalyses uit.
- Je coördineert de planning, acties en verplaatsingen van de bewakingsagenten en beveiligingsmedewerkers in de controlekamer en op de verschillende locaties van KANAL, zoals voorzien door de externe partner(s).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het communiceren en up-to-date houden van de interne veiligheidsregels en -voorschriften en waakt over de toepassing ervan.
- Samen met de externe partner(s) sta je garant voor de soepele samenwerking tussen KANAL en de vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf dat instaat voor het onderhoud van de beveiligingssystemen (alarminstallaties, bewakingscamera’s, brandblusapparatuur, enzovoort). Je brengt verslag uit over de uitgevoerde updates en werkzaamheden.
- Als manager van de anti-inbraak
- en toegangscontrolesystemen van KANAL beheer je het museale beveiligingssysteem voor kunstwerken (PRO-systeem).
- Voor de afdeling gebouw volg je proactief alle updates en aanpassingen van de veiligheids
- en beveiligingssystemen en de aanverwante infrastructuur op.
- Je houdt de nood
- en evacuatieplannen en het veiligheidsregister up-to-date en samen met de dienstverlener organiseer je de nodige veiligheidstests en evacuatieoefeningen.
- Samen met de partner analyseer je de data die werden geregistreerd door de veiligheids
- en beveiligingssystemen.
- Samen met de partner stel je veiligheids
- en beveiligingsplannen op voor reguliere en speciale evenementen.
- Samen met de partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de toegangscontrole en -beveiliging voor bezoekers.
- Je zet je personeel en technische middelen strategisch in om de veiligheid van alle activiteiten en locaties van KANAL maximaal te waarborgen:
- Je staat in voor de veiligheid van het publiek, het personeel en de collecties en site van KANAL (expozalen, publieke en technische ruimtes, kantoren, enzovoort
