Order Processor

A well-known Electric Vehicle Charging company are seeking a Sales Agent to join their team in Belgium. You will be responsible for giving their customers advice about their products and services and to get as many customers as possible on board. This role's main goal is to ensure a smooth process for the customer and work closely with your team to ensure an accurate sales process. We are seeking fluent Dutch and English speakers with an average level of French.

**Responsibilities**
- Give the best advice about our products and services; as well as the quality of customer relationships
- Create/send offers from Salesforce
- Work in close collaboration with the installation partners of Shell Recharge Solutions
- Monitor the process before the installation

**This is who you are**
- At least 1 year of experience within sales
- Strong communication skills, able to help our customers and ask the right questions where and when needed
- A customer friendly attitude and a goal oriented personality
- You like working with others and have great team spirit
- You are eager to learn everything there is to know about our products and services
- Fluency in Dutch and English with an average level of French is a requirement for this role.

**Package**
- Starting salary ranging between **€37,000 - € 44,000**:

- Additional 5% to 10% annual bonus
- PLUS 50 Euros gross monthly work from home allowance added to wages

- ALL commute costs reimbursed

- This role is hybrid, working 50/50 from home and the office in Amsterdam
