**Jouw toekomstig takenpakket**
Als Salesforce Developer en Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en optimalisatie van het Salesforce platform van de klant. Je bent aanwezig tijdens het volledige projectproces en neemt het technische aspect op je, gaande van het ondersteunen van ons salesteam en de ontwikkeling van de Salesforce omgeving van het project tot het begeleiden van de eindgebruikers. Door het geven van advies en best practices help je onze klanten bij het transformeren en digitaliseren van hun business.
Een kort overzicht:
- Je ondersteunt de architect en andere ontwikkelaars met de analyse van het business model van de klant en de vertaling van de technische vereisten naar het Salesforce Platform
- Je ontwikkelt kwalitatieve oplossingen volgens onze best practices. Zowel de back-end als de front-end worden ontwikkeld met behulp van moderne web-technologieën en tools
- Je werkt aan de development van applicaties, maar bent ook betrokken bij de configuraties van applicaties en andere consultancy verantwoordelijkheden zoals, presales, het maken van analyses, workshops bij klanten,...
- Samen met de Customer Success Manager organiseer je trainingen voor de eindgebruikers
- Je treedt op als Trusted Advisors voor je collega's en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat je kennis van het Salesforce platform te allen tijde up to date is
**Wie ben jij?**
Binnen de functie van Salesforce Developer en Consultant zijn we op zoek naar volgende persoon:
- Je hebt een technisch diploma of een eerste relevante werkervaring. Als schoolverlater ben je bij ons ook zeker welkom
- Verder heb je een uitgebreide kennis en/of ervaring met OO-softwareontwikkeling (bv..NET, JAVA,...) en de ontwikkeling van object/database-gebaseerde oplossingen
- Kennis van of een eerste ervaring met JavaScript-Framework(s) (Vue.js, React, Angular, Ember.js) is een pluspunt;
- Ervaring met Salesforce of een ander CRM/ERP platform (SAP, MS Dynamics, Navision, AX, Exact...) is een pluspunt;
- Je bent een teamplayer die zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheid neemt, maar ook gericht is op het succesvol maken van het team;
- Daarnaast beschik je over goede social skills en handel je steeds klantvriendelijk. Contact met klanten schrikt jou niet af.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
