- Wielsbeke Headquarters- AgroAls supply chain planner potatoes coördineer je logistieke processen en zorg je voor efficiënte voorraadbeheer. Breng je expertise en passie voor planning naar ons team.

**Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?**:

- Als weekend supply chain planner stel je op basis van de input vanuit productieplanning een optimale aardappelaanvoer
- planning op voor onze productiesites en stuurt deze bij waar nodig. Voor de opgestelde transportplanning ben je ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen (zoals telers, transporteurs).
- Vanuit die planning beslis je over de externe afroepen van aardappelen bij diverse toeleveranciers en zorg je voor een (kosten-)efficiënte transporttoewijzing. Hierbij ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt tussen leverancier/transporteur/productiesite.
- Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de aardappelaanvoer en zorgt door overleg met de verschillende stakeholders (productieplanners, ploegchefs, aardappelontvangst, ) zodat er optimaal geschakeld kan worden.
- Verder ben je in het weekend vast aanspreekpunt voor de planningsafdeling van agro. Dit maakt dat je voldoende flexibel bent om je werktijd te verdelen volgens de vragen die binnenkomen.
- Je houdt voldoende connectie met de collega Supply Chain Planners, onder andere via overdrachten en overlegmomenten. Je stelt je hierin flexibel op in functie van de planning/organisatie.
- Je beheert de verschillende processen in ons ERP-systeem SAP.
- Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van de aanleveringen die je zelf beheert.
- In deze functie rapporteer je aan de supply chain manager potatoes van onze Agro afdeling.

**Hier herken jij jezelf in**:

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek of transportplanning.
- Je kan je zelfstandig uit de slag trekken gezien je in het weekend werkt. Je bent hierbij flexibel, kritisch en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en jouw gedrevenheid en enthousiasme maken van jou een aangename en hulpvaardige collega.
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent bestand tegen een gezonde dosis stress.
- Daarnaast neem je graag initiatieven in het kader van verbeterprojecten en ben je hands-on ingesteld.
- Je werkt in het weekend maar bent bereidt in kader van je inwerking de eerste weken in weekregime mee te draaien.
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Excel, kennis van SAP en planningssystemen zijn een pluspunt (geen vereiste).
