For the ICT Asset - Gas Flow - Metering Department at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for an ICT Business Analyst (M/F/x).

**Job**
**responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for analysing, testing, monitoring and managing the implementation of IT solutions pertaining to 1) the management of our installations from a commercial point of view and the management of gas flows (Gas Flow Management), and 2) the engineering, construction and maintenance processes of our facilities (Asset Management)
- You will describe the business needs
- Based on this analysis, you will prepare the technical design files(functional systems specifications and interface specifications with business components)
- You will configure and modify the solutions implemented and you will integrate them into the existing IT environment
- You will also be responsible for part of the development and coaching of developers
- After implementation, you will be responsible for the quality of the solutions delivered (second-level end-user support). You will be involved in:
- testing the systems implemented
- training users
- supporting users during rollout

- A master's degree in **civil engineering**, **commercial engineering**, **computer science**, **physics **or **mathematics**, and ideally additional training in **management**:
- Initial experience in **programming **and **data modelling**:
- Excellent **communication **skills
- A **structured **and **results**-oriented and **customer**-oriented approach
- A fluency in French and Dutch, and a good knowledge of English
