**Functieomschrijving**:
Johnson & Johnson is verantwoordelijk voor het brengen van innovatieve geneesmiddelen naar patiënten over de hele wereld.
De afdeling Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) beheert de kritische gebouwen, HVAC, nutsvoorzieningen en installaties op de sites te Beerse, Geel, Olen en Gent. Voor de subafdeling Farma Facilities te Beerse, die instaat voor het beheer van de gebouwen en utilities, zijn wij op zoek naar een Shutdown Coördinator.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Fungeert als Shutdown Lead voor het Farma Facilities team
- Voorbereiding en planning van onderhoudstaken E&PS
- Brengt alle planningen samen van MAM, Engineering, cleaning & start up en giet dit in 1 overall planning
- Voorzitter van shutdown meetings
- Centraal aanspreekpunt samen met Facilities Manager betreft SD activiteiten
- Fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor (interne) klanten en collega’s voor wat betreft technische storingen en herstellingen, volgt de meldingen op en verzekert de efficiënte afhandeling ervan in functie van de prioriteit.
- Werkt volgens strikte veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsprocedures en handelt de bijbehorende administratie (werkorders, werkvergunningen, controle logboeken, ) nauwgezet af.
- Begeleidt de medewerkers (interne en contractors) bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en coördineert hun werkzaamheden.
- Is actief betrokken bij het continu verbeteren van processen en installaties.
- Verbetert onderhoudsplannen en procedures samen met de maintenance ingenieur, projectcoördinator en/of compliance ingenieur.

**Opleiding**:
Bachelor met technische achterond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
**Ervaring en vaardigheden**:
Heb je een passie voor techniek, wil je zaken steeds beter doen, ben je iemand die op een gestructureerde manier te werk gaat en bovendien super gemotiveerd is, dan willen we je graag leren kennen
**Vereist**:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
- Analytische probleemoplossende vaardigheden om complexe technische kwesties aan te pakken.
- Leergierig, gemotiveerd en stressbestendig.
**Gewenst**:
- Ervaring in shutdown planning is een pluspunt
- Een brede kennis van energie & nutsvoorzieningen, watersystemen, HVAC en compliance-eisen (GxP).
- Kennis van een CMMS-systeem (SAP)
- Kennis van MS project
