Als Collections Specialist word je verantwoordelijk voor de doelmatigheid van **facturatie **en **rapportering**, alsook het oplossen van eventuele **geschillen **met interne teams en klanten. Je neemt een **cruciale rol **in bij de uitvoering van **creditmanagementactiviteiten **voor klanten.
- Je rapporteert aan de teamlead Credit & Collections en draagt **verantwoordelijkheid **voor de uitvoering van het kredietbeleid van het bedrijf. Het kantoor is gevestigd in **Brussel **en **makkelijk bereikbaar** met het openbaar vervoer.Jouw takenpakket als Collections Specialist:
- ** Ondersteunen **bij het oplossen van incassoproblemen, verwerking van terugbetalingen van klanten, bijwerken van **rekeningaanpassingen **en het oplossen van achterstallige betalingen van klanten;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het **bewaken **en **beheren **van specifieke rekeningen, contact met klanten, verwerken van betalingen en behandelen van creditnota’s;
- ** Proactief **werken**, verzamelen van informatie voor correcte opvolgingen: klantenrekeningen nagaan, controleren of ze gedebiteerd zijn, zoeken naar betalingen,;
- Zorgvuldig en correct een dossier bijhouden in **SAP**;
- Het **opbouwen **en onderhouden van effectieve en goede **samenwerkingsrelaties **met alle interne afdelingen.
Vereisten
- Je bent communicatief sterk in **Nederlands **& **Frans**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Je hebt sterke **commerciële vaardigheden**;
- Je bent een doorzetter, creatief en georganiseerd;
- Je bent in staat om **invloed **uit te oefenen en bereid om **nieuwe **dingen **te leren;
- ** Hulp **vragen **wanneer nodig schrikt je niet af.
