For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a **Senior UI/UX Developer/ Architect/ Expert/ Coach** who can support the UI Implementation team and help to develop UI (temporarily increase the speed of developments).

**Mode of Work**:2-3 days onsite

**Responsibilities**:

- Through the co-development (see point A)), have an objective analysis on the code (code review)
- Build a set of best practices and ways of working to improve the efficiencies of the teams. It is therefore important that the consultant has experience in leading a team (soft skills) as well as a high-level technical background (expert).
- Review UI architecture and propose arch design changes in line with best practice UI development
- Use various methods (design patterns, code reviews, pair programming...) to coach & grow the UI dev teams and increase their productivity
- Perform objective analysis of expected velocity of the UIs and provide set of KPIs for teams to reach
- Support with (co)developping (parts of) the UI to help speed up delivery
- Review the UX design to UI implementation flow and help to install a working set of procedures

**Requirements**:

- 10 + years’ experience as a UI/UX expert
- Experience in UI architecture
- Soft skills for coaching a team
- Master dealing with other cultures
- Communication: English
- Experience working in Angular, Javascript & Typescript
