Als ' **Resource & Project Coördinator **' ben je verantwoordelijk voor de effectieve en efficiënte inzet van verschillende zeer gespecialiseerde operationele engineering teams in functie van de noden van de klant (project of support vragen).

Je komt in een team terecht met 5 enthousiaste collega’s die er dagelijks voor zorgen dat onze klanten ontzorgd worden en op hun beide oren slapen... dat willen onze klanten de dag van vandaag.

En naast onze klanten ontzorgen, puzzelen we tot we de ideale planning hebben voor alle engineers, rekeninghoudend met technische kennis, noodzakelijke trainingen en certificaties.

2 dagen per week werken we samen in het hoofdkantoor in Mechelen. Soms wijken we ook eens uit naar de locaties in Zaventem en Wommelgem. Zo zorgen we voor een optimale work-life balans.

**Jouw takenpakket als Resource & Project Coördinator:
- Als ' **Resource & Project Coördinator **' ben je verantwoordelijk voor de effectieve en efficiënte inzet van verschillende zeer gespecialiseerde operationele engineering teams in functie van de noden van de klant (project of support vragen).
- Als 'de' contactpersoon van de klant kan je specifieke projecten, waar geen projectmanager aan toegewezen is, van begin tot einde **coördineren **. Hierbij stuur je operationele teams aan zodat de afgesproken projectmethodologie correct opgevolgd wordt.
- Je begeleidt de (pre-)sales collega's met het **inplannen van de engineer/consultant **met de juiste vaardigheden en expertise bij het valideren van Statement Of Work's (SoW’s) voor toekomstige projecten. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de gevraagde info tijdig en met voldoende tekstuele kwaliteit opgeleverd wordt.
- Je fungeert dus als belangrijke **brugfiguur **tussen de verschillende Telenet Business afdelingen (sales, presales, operations, support).
- Je draagt proactief bij aan het signaleren van potentiële wijzigingen in huidige procedures en instrumenten, met als doel de efficiëntie te verhogen. Je vergaart gegevens en bent in staat om hieromtrent nauwkeurig **verslag **uit te brengen aan het management en overige (interne & externe) belanghebbenden.

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of hoger of je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige **planningsfunctie **.
- Je kan vlot werken met MS Office 365 toepassingen.
- Je hebt een praktische ervaring met **projectmanagement **.
- Je hebt een gezond **assertiviteit **en je bent in staat om te onderhandelen en tot een win-win compromis te komen.
- Je bulkt van het **organisatorisch talent **en je beschikt over zeer goede timemanagement kwaliteiten.
- Je hebt dus een **positieve 'can-do' mentaliteit en denkt verder dan problemen en ziet eerder oplossingen**:

- Je kan vlot en **correct communiceren **zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Op die manier spreken we de klant aan in de taal waarmee hij zich het meest comfortabel voelt.
