**Positionner**:
**Vos responsabilités**:
Dans le cadre des activités de développement analytique / Contrôle Qualité et de Process Engineering, au sein de l’entité de Développement Pharmaceutique, vos responsabilités sont:

- Suivre et gérer les OOT / OOS / anomalies / non-conformités / déviations / réclamations relatives aux activités analytiques et de développement des procédés
- Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans les investigations, analyses de cause et dans l’implémentation des plans CAPA associés ainsi que dans les actions de changements
- Evaluer et approuver la documentation propre aux activités du laboratoire analytique ; gérer son suivi, et intégrer les évolutions des exigences réglementaires
- Evaluer et approuver la documentation propre aux activités de développement Process, gérer son suivi et intégrer les évolutions des exigences réglementaires
- Participer à la conformité et assurer la maîtrise de la qualité du processus de cycle de vie des résultats et des méthodes de production
- Challenger, supporter et faire évoluer les approches de développement, de validation, de qualification et de gestion des activités de développement process, en conformité avec la règlementation et du SMQ du site, tout en garantissant une homogénéité des pratiques et de la documentation
- Développer la culture Qualité des équipes dans un esprit d'amélioration continue, en assurant une activité d’audit interne et en participant à la réalisation des engagements
- Supporter les interlocuteurs de Process Engineering durant les inspections des Autorités Règlementaires ou les audits clients, et assurer la cohérence des plans d’action avec les autres entités Assurance Qualité du site
- Alimenter, formaliser et consolider les données nécessaires aux KPI et revues qualité propres aux activités de son périmètre

**Profil et compétences**:
**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez un Master/Ingénieur(e) Qualité, Pharmacien diplômé(e) option industrie ou expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez une expérience mínimale de 3 à 5 ans en qualité dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, en support des départements développement analytique et Process, en environnement FDA, idéalement sur des produits injectables.
- Vous maîtrisez des référentiels Qualités pharmaceutiques, ainsi que les différentes réglementations applicables (BPF, cGMP, guidelines EMA et FDA, ICH...)
- Vous parlez le Français et l'Anglais courant (écrit et parlé)
- Vous connaissez la Suite MS Office
- Vous avez une expérience en développement de procédés et/ou une connaissance des référentiels de développement et de validation analytique et process est un réel atout.
