Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans le domaine de la petite enfance.
Il recherche un Responsable pour le département Textile.
Vos missions:
- Vous donnez du sens aux différentes orientations de l’entreprise ;
- Vous fédérez et contrôlez votre équipe autour de l’activité commerciale ;
- Vous effectuez des réunions individuelles ou collectives fréquemment avec votre équipe ;
- Vous transmettez les informations, les pratiques et les procédures à votre équipe ;
- Vous communiquez et animez les objectifs du département aux collaborateurs ;
- Vous anticipez, planifiez et organisez le travail de votre équipe en utilisant les outils d'animation du magasin ;
- Vous planifiez la disponibilité de votre équipe pour accueillir et conseiller les clients de l’ouverture à la fermeture du magasin ;
- Vous évaluez les collaborateurs, détectez les potentiels à faire évoluer et les besoins en formation ;
- Vous vous assurez que le point de vente soit propre, ordonné et accueillant ;
- Vous animez la vente des produits et services de la marque au quotidien, en caisse et sur la surface de vente ;
- Vous vous assurez de la fidélisation des clients ;
- Vous prenez part et vous garantissez l'accueil et la vente dans le magasin ;
- Vous réceptionnez et contrôlez les livraisons ;
- Vous appliquez la politique commerciale et de merchandising de l'entreprise ;
- Vous optimisez l'implantation du magasin pour augmenter le chiffre de vente ;
- Vous être pro-actif pour satisfaire le client.
- Vous avez 3 ans d'expérience avérés dans la vente et dans la gestion d'équipes
- Vous êtes un véritable People Manager
- Vous coachez et accompagnez vos vendeurs
- Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion d'équipes ( 10 personnes)
- Vous êtes habitué(e) au secteur du têxtile avec un gros turnover
- Vous avez un excellent contact clients,
- Vous êtes organisé et très structuré
- Vous veillez à l'image de marque de la société
- Vous êtes disponible pour bosser le samedi
