**Description**:
For our main site in Ghent, we are looking for a handyman. In this position you will perform all kinds of maintenance and repair work.

Your tasks:

- Maintenance of our buildings and warehouses (e.g.: clean up quays, wash windows, sweep warehouse with sweeper, clean up/clean up areas, clean up cardboard,...).
- Basic plumbing maintenance (e.g.: replace leaking faucets) and basic electrical maintenance (e.g.: replace light bulbs).
- Painting.
- Chores (e.g. moving or assembling furniture, screwing things together, hanging frames, etc.).
- Maintenance of our green areas (cutting grass, weed control,...).
- Maintenance and organization of the workplace.
- Collecting the necessary materials from, for example, do-it-yourself stores.

- Do you preferably have a first experience in a similar position?
- Are you able to see work?
- Can you handle various manual and electrical tools/machines such as: drill, grinder, screw machine, wrenches, grass machine, sweepers, etc.?
- Are you motivated, reliable and do you attach importance to punctuality?
- Can you do a job independently as well as together with your colleague?
- Can you follow work instructions?
