Your Missions
You are in charge of daily operational team management of Front Office and/or Back Office teams, including planning, definition of tasks, review of service level, quality control, risk analysis, call handling status and escalation, status reports (daily, monthly, yearly),problem reporting and organization definition
**You act as a resource manager**: planning of resource usage (shifts, holidays, projects) and estimation of costs, timescale and resource requirements for the expected level of service
You are proactive in interaction with the hierarchy
You are resilient and have the ability to identify challenges and propose improvements in the processes
You manage activities tracking against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports
You do cost monitoring, timescales, and resources used and you take appropriate actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances
You manage the change control procedure
You provide effective leadership for the operational team, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
**Profile**:
You have at least a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
You are able to speak and write fluently in English and French
You are certified ITIL V4 Foundation
You have good knowledge of logístical processes and advanced knowledge in planning optimization
You hold knowledge and experience in advanced IT product (HW/SW)
You are highly autonomous and you have IT skilled in business management tools
You have very good projet management and team management skills
You are multitasking, result oriented and stress resilient
You are team oriented precise and thriving on quality
