Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen zorgt voor toegankelijke, kwaliteitsvolle en mensgerichte thuisverpleging. Dit binnen een continu evoluerend landschap, waarbij de organisatie steeds op zoek gaat naar nieuwe zorginitiatieven en samenwerkingen.
Met het oog op het realiseren van onze strategische projecten, kijken wij uit naar een nieuwe Project Manager.
**FUNCTIE**
Als **Project Manager **ben je verantwoordelijk over een diverse scope aan projecten van projectvoorstel tot oplevering.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen van een concreet en doelgericht projectplan, waarin je te behalen doelstellingen en projectaanpak definieert.
- Je bevraagt de noden van de stakeholders actief en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
- In nauw overleg met de business leg je de objectieven, scope, deliverables, resources, planning, budget, prioriteiten en risico’s van je project vast.
- Binnen je projecten behoud je steeds een goed overzicht over de volledige stand van zaken, zoals administratie, budget en planning.
- Bij de uitvoering volg je het project op en monitor je dat tussendoelen gerespecteerd worden. Je bewaakt de projectafspraken, je volgt de risico’s continu op en bewaakt dat de kwaliteit gegarandeerd blijft. Je stuurt bij indien nodig.
- Je houdt projectmeetings en staat in voor een efficiënte communicatie met de projectstakeholders. Je coördineert hun acties van bij opmaak van het projectplan tot en met volledige implementatie van het afgewerkte project.
- Je rapporteert aan de Project
- en Portfolio Manager.
**PROFIEL**
- Je behaalde een master of bachelor diploma en hebt reeds 3 jaar ervaring als Project Manager
- Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en organisatievermogen.
- Jouw analytische en gestructureerde aanpak typeert je
- Je communiceert klantgericht, overtuigend en verbindend.
- Je gaat op een autonome, constructieve en resultaatgerichte manier te werk
- Je neemt initiatief en bent gezond ambitieus.
- Affiniteit en ervaring met ICT gerelateerde projecten is een plus. Huidige lopende projecten zijn bijvoorbeeld de implementatie van IT-systemen voor Zorg, HR, Finance en Facility Departement. Je bent zelf flexibel ten aanzien van de inhoud van de projecten.
- Je herkent jezelf in de waarden van Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen: je bent zorgzaam, authentiek, loyaal en verbindend.
