Training Specialist

Desotec's mission is to protect our planet. We provide end-to-end purification solutions for pollution in air, water and other gases and liquids. We do this by supplying mobile activated carbon filters to our B2B customers all over Europe. We recycle our own saturated filters by taking back the spent activated carbon for reactivation, making our filter solutions circular. As a Training Specialist:

- You identify training needs for each department
- You translate the requirements into trainings that will support the further growth of our employees
- In collaboration with key business partners across departments, you will design training materials
- You take ownership of our Learning Management System (iSpring)
- You evaluate the trainings and make changes as needed

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Experience in designing trainings, preferably in a B2B corporate setting
- You have a strong technical interest and proven experience to translate complex information into easy-to-understand information
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for details
- Experience with an LMS system is a plus
- Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing
- You have excellent time management skills with a focus on delivering to deadlines
