Head of Sales Power

We are looking for a new **Head of Sales** for our Power & Infrastructure Business Line

**As Head of Sales**:

- You report to our Power & Infrastructure Business Line Director, member of our Management Team
- You are member of your Business Line’s Core Team
- You lead the Sales team and activities within your Business Line, in close collaboration with your Delivery & People peers, and their operational teams
- You are part of the Sales Line and Community of Practice within ENGIE Laborelec

**And carry out the following key accountabilities**:

- You lead and develop your Sales team composed of Key Account Managers, Business Developers, and the Sales activity beyond your team
- You work closely with the operational teams of Delivery & People to learn and understand the business and associated challenges, opportunities and risks in terms of Sales
- You collaborate with the operational teams of Delivery & People to generate high quality offers
- You support your Business Line in developing its business-acumen and customer focus
- You partner with the other Business Lines to co-develop, sell and deliver new game-changing and integrated solutions towards our customers
- You propose efficient Sales processes, tools & practices
- You perform special projects as assigned, as project leader or member
- You inspire and empower with exemplary leadership

**You might be our future Head of Sales if**:

- You hold a Master degree in Engineering (or equivalent by experience), and are familiar

with the energy sector
- You have experience as a Sales professional and leader, preferably in highly challenging environments from a technical perspective
- You have the ability and appetite to understand technological challenges and technical solutions
- You know how to translate complex technical solutions into attractive and effective marketing material
- You are a champion in relationship and stakeholder management, both internally and

externally
- You are business-oriented, and are passionate about the energy transition
- You are renown for your change and people management skills
- You value feedback & learning culture, and walk the talk
- You have good collaboration and negotiation skills
- You build strong and trusting sustainable relationships, and create your networks
- You show good resilience and keep your cool in all circumstances
- You demonstrate the highest level of trust, confidentiality and integrity
- You are a fluid communicator in English, French and Dutch
