Logistics Coordinator

**We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to reinforce our European operations team.**

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for successful day to day planning and monitoring inbound and outbound delivery orders, maintaining master data, monitor warehouse performance and general coordination of logistics operations. You will operate with a high degree of safety, responsiveness, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Process and monitor ocean, air and road shipments (inbound and outbound) and manage customs clearance and other documentation including, but not limited to CMR, bill of lading, AWB, invoices, export declarations, ATR, ISF, VGM)
- Communicate effectively with ELO’s third-party warehouse carriers, management, co-workers, and customers to ensure the successful daily execution of Elo’s operation
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, i.e. vendors, carriers, warehouse, regulatory bodies, supply chain teams and customers
- Ability to generate various reports to be used for analysis and overall process improvement
- Provide suggestions and plans for continuous improvement
- Research, resolve and communicate customer, inventory, order, inbound and transport discrepancies and issues
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or economics (_or equivalent through experience_)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operations, logistics and/or distribution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficient in ERP systems, tools, and technologies
- Experience in working with SAP

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is considered a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to quickly acquire an insight in systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- A team player with the ability to work independently on your own initiative
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and export control procedures is considered an asset
- This position in based in the EMEA headquarters, located in Rotselaar, Belgium_
