**Je functie**:
As Marketing Assistant, you will be working together with the International Marketing Director. Together you will shape this new role You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Marketing Team in many areas, such as managing the CRM system, preparing presentations, monthly reporting, etc.
However, for the first 3 months you will replace the Office Manager during her maternity leave:
- manage purchase order approval and fulfilment process
- coordinate purchases
- general office admin
- proces invoices, ensuring they are authorized for payment
- maintenance of financial records
- Preparation of invoices
- etc.
Afterwards, you will also be the backup to the Office Manager during her holiday period.
**Je profiel**:
- You are based in Belgium, ideally withing commuting distance from Machelen (Brussels airport area)
- Excellent level of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus
- You are a young professional with a first work or internship experience in a similar administrative support job
- You have a strong interest or experience in Marketing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Strong MS Office skills
