**Over de organisatie**
Het is een vooraanstaand bedrijf in het **beheer **van **regulier, speciaal en gevaarlijk afval**, met een sterke focus op **recycling** en **groene **energieproductie**.
Ze zijn een partner van zeer grote bedrijven, waarbij ze zich inzetten voor **duurzaamheid **en **verantwoord afvalbeheer.**
Het bedrijf heeft ook een sterke focus op **circulaire **economie **en heeft onlangs een nieuwe sorteermachine geïnstalleerd om circulariteit te bevorderen.
Special Waste omvat het **ophalen, sorteren en verwerken van bijzondere afvalstoffen.**
Ze zoeken steeds naar de beste manier van vernietiging, verwerking of herwaardering van medisch en farmaceutisch afval, lampen, verven en solventen, afvalwaters,
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
**Commerciële Strategie**: Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het verder ontwikkelen van onze commerciële strategie voor de regio. Door marktpotentieel te identificeren en een doordacht plan uit te werken, zorg je voor groei en succes.
**Marktinformatie en Klantenfeedback**: Je verzamelt strategische marktinformatie en houdt de vinger aan de pols bij klanten.
**Zelfstandige Acties**: Met een ondernemende mindset werk je zelfstandig commerciële acties uit. Je bent proactief en grijpt kansen om onze klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen.
**Klantrelaties**: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met bestaande klanten en prospecten. Dit doe je door nieuwe producten en diensten aan te bieden, maar ook door hen te adviseren over wetgeving en geschikte oplossingen voor hun ‘special waste’.
**Samenwerking**: Je bent een teamspeler en communiceert vlot met collega’s van internal sales, dispatching en facturatie. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van eventuele klantproblemen en kun je deze met expertise aanpakken.
**Jouw profiel**
Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterniveau in de **chemische **richting**.
Bij voorkeur heb je relevante **ervaring **in een **salesfunctie**, maar ook **pas **afgestudeerden **met een **sterke sales drive** zijn welkom.
Je bent **gedreven**, hebt **doorzettingsvermogen **en streeft naar een positief eindresultaat.
Je bent nieuwsgierig en bouwt een sterke dossierkennis op.
**Communiceren **doe je moeiteloos op alle niveaus.
Als **Nederlandstalige **spreek je ook een **mondje **Frans**.
