We are looking for an Account Manager Packaging who will help build and strengthen great working relationships with our clients.**WHAT WOULD BE YOUR JOB?**

As our HR officer, you will be part of our Administration and Finance team. You will have the chance to work with our various internal departments to ensure proper monitoring of human resources. This opportunity will give you the chance to really act and develop our Human Capital Management as working in a SME.
- Under the responsibility of Finance Manager, you will:

- Manage timely and accurately the payroll Be the SPOC for our external payroll agency
- Manage all contractual aspect related to employees and freelance Design and implement the training plan/scheme for employees Participate to the optimization of our organization structure Be the SPOC for all our employee regarding HR related questions Work on talent acquisition and retention Ensure modern and sustainable fleet management **YOUR PROFILE**

We are looking for a superman/superwoman/superperson with the following powers:

- You have a degree in human resource
- You have basics knowledge of the Office Suite
- With your great organizational skills, you easily keep up with several high-intensity projects at a time.
- You adapt effortlessly to complex and varied situation
- Working alone or in a team is not a problem for you
- You are fluent in French and Dutch; those are your day-to-day work languages
