Due to continued success & expansion on several high profile projects our client require a **Senior M&E Planner** for a data centre project in **Mons, Belgium**.

This will be a direct staff role & will carry a competitive salary package DOE.

You must have Mechanical & Electrical experience on data centre or pharmaceutical projects.

You must have experience on projects from €50m upwards in value.

**You must be eligible to work in Belgium with immediate effect (EU resident / passport holder or have a work permit).**

**Roles and responsibilities**

Project Planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA Power Project

Experienced using Last Planner

Organise, drive & participate in interactive Planning Sessions as required

Develop EPCMV schedules, including Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning programmes as part of the overall project delivery

Development of the Project Controls Systems specific to the Project

Setup WBS

Set up Progress Measurement System (PMS)

Develop the Schedule, S-Curves and Manpower Histograms

Monitoring schedule to furnish realistic status information for overall project performance

Analysing actual data against plans, identifying significant variances and/or trends

Preparing forecasts of project cost at completion and project completion date

Cost & resource loading of programmes as required

Baseline the Schedule

Implementing the Project Controls system

Progress Measuring of all works, Direct & Sub-Contract, using the client’s bespoke Progress Measurement System

Monitoring of labour man hours & analyse labour efficiency

Update the Schedule in Primavera / ASTA

Report earned value for construction physical progress based on the work-in-place (quantities installed) determined against the major work effort

Systems Turnover Tracking

Monitor delays & client notifications as required

Monthly project reporting to senior management

You will be responsible to integrate our cost trending activities throughout the execution of the project. The most important goal of cost trending is to communicate status and changes that are affecting the estimate

**Qualifications**

Degree or Trade qualified in a Mechanical and Electrical discipline

**Experience**

5+ years’ experience in a similar role

Experience delivering M&E Projects

Expert knowledge in Primavera P6 & Asta Powerproject

**Conditions**

€80-€90k EUR gross DOE

Overseas living allowance of €8,500 EUR per year (after tax) on top of salary

Accommodation paid (shared)

Local transport paid (shared)

Flights paid

17 days on / 4 days off rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

**Salary**: €80,000.00 - €90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
