We’re looking for a talented Solution Architect This role will play a pivotal position in shaping one of the most innovative initiatives in DLT. You'll be the bridge between conceptual and technical implementation, and will co-build the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in meetings with clients understanding their quality requirements and translating them to technical specifications
- Keep up to date with the latest developments of Distributed Ledger Technologies and provide deep technical mentorship to the team
- Take ownership of technical decisions and participate in the company's tech strategy definition
- Translate the business requirements of the project into technical solutions
- Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
- Participation in all stages of software development - from design and development to deployment and maintenance
- Coach and mentor other members of the development team, growing the collective knowledge and expertise of the group
Technical skills
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Solution Architect
- Solid design patterns knowledge. Love for well-tested and clean code, OO principles, SOLID and KISS.
- Understanding of SDLC, excellent communication, and business skills
- Understanding of the modern development ecosystem: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, etc
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design and development
It would be a plus
- Understanding of cloud concepts and services
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DLT frameworks is a plus (R3 Corda & Hyperledger Fabric)
