**Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten bestaat dit jaar 100 jaar. Eerst was er de droom, dan kwamen het huis en de vele bewoners. Van bij de oprichting in 1922 is de verbindende kracht van kunsten onder één dak een katalysator geweest voor verandering en vooruitgang. We staan wereldwijd voor ingrijpende veranderingen. Bozar wil zich verder ontwikkelen tot een cultuurhuis dat stevig gegrond is in de XXIste eeuw, richt zich op een (inter)nationaal publiek en heeft de ambitie zich te ontwikkelen tot een cultuurhuis dat dynamisch, participatief, toegankelijk en maatschappelijk relevant is.**
**Het team Marketing & Communication slaat een nieuwe koers in en focust de volgende jaren op drie strategische doelstellingen**:_love brand building_**, **_customer centricity_** en **_futureproof innovation._**

**De functie**
- **Met jouw ervaring** **in het werken met doelgroepen**, focus je op het **uitbouwen van een sterke** **Bozar community en je hebt ervaring. **Je werkt nauw samen met het team Audience Engagement en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie van het publieksaanbod. Je ontwikkelt een strategie zodat de diverse doelgroepen zich maximaal aangesproken voelen om deel te nemen.
- Binnen deze community-werking neem je ook de lead in het **uitbouwen van een specifieke “jongeren community”. Samen met (of op basis van de input van) de artistiek programmatoren en het team Audience Engagement stel je een jaarprogramma samen met **acties die jongeren aan Bozar kunnen binden zoals: prijspromoties, voordeelacties, wedstrijden, ontmoetingsmomenten, meet & greets, open repetitie bijwonen, influencers ontmoeten, afterwork lounge. Je probeert daarbij zoveel mogelijk in te spelen op wat vandaag leeft onder de jongeren. Je kan hierbij rekenen op de expertise en medewerking van je collega’s Marketing & Communication Officers.
- Je zal ook de marketingmanager **ondersteunen in het digitale innovatietraject** en gaat mee op zoek naar vernieuwende ideeën en marketingconcepten en geeft ermee vorm aan (vb. podcast, Bozar app, tiktok, NFT & metaverse, virtuele bezoeken, 3d-scans, VR)
- Je houdt de vinger aan de pols en bent getriggerd door wat je **doelgroep** juist aanspreekt. Je aarzelt niet om je daarin te verdiepen, _customer journey_ oefeningen op te zetten, je doelgroepen te bevragen en zelfs te betrekken in de ontwikkeling van je plan.
- Je volgt **trends en ontwikkelingen** binnen de marketing wereld, de socio-culturele sector en de jongerenwereld.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende units van het Marketing & Communication team (marketing, content, press, digital), met de afdeling Audience Engagement, met de programmatoren, de Box Office en het team Partners & Philantropy.
- Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt nauwe contacten met externe partners. Je versterkt de huidige samenwerkingen en bouwt ook nieuwe meaningful partnerships op.
- Je vertegenwoordigt het Paleis op externe evenementen (beurzen, salons,) en je verzorgt af en toe het onthaal van de promotionele partners op bepaalde evenementen.

**Je profiel**
- Je hebt een universitaire opleiding of hogere studies en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in marketing-communicatie in de publieke of privésector.
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR, en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent een en al doordrongen van de jongerencultuur en actief op kanalen waar jongeren aanwezig zijn zoals bv. Tiktok. Je bezoekt ook die plaatsen waar jongeren vandaag samenkomen en verbinding of beleving zoeken.
- Je hebt kennis van Brussel en haar meerstemmig karakter, multiculturaliteit
- Je hebt een passie voor cultuur en interesse in publiekswerking, inclusie en diversiteit.
- Je hebt een open houding en brede blik
- Je volgt de trends op vlak van digitale marketing en innovatie.
- Je bent resultaatgericht. Je bent gedreven en pro-actief en je legt gemakkelijk contacten om je gesprekspartners te overtuigen van het cultureel project, het imago en de identiteit van het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten.
- Je bent zelfstandig maar je werkt ook graag in team en brengt creatieve ideeën aan.
- Je houdt ervan om dingen **in vraag te stellen en kijkt ernaar uit om mee te werken aan de transformatie van onze marketing-en communicatiestrategie om van Bozar een sterk merk te maken dat dicht bij haar publiek staat.**:
