En tant qu'acteur central au sein du gouvernement fédéral, le SPF Stratégie et Appui (BOSA) contribue à des services publics modernes au service des citoyens et des entreprises.

La DG Service Support Interne (DG IOD) du SPF BOSA est l'interlocuteur central pour tous les services de support en matière de RH, IT, Communication, Finance et Technics & Logistics. Le service informatique élabore et implémente la stratégie en matière informatique du SPF BOSA. Dans ce cadre, le service informatique recherche un chef de projet technique SAP senior.

**Description de fonction**

Pour un projet de renouvellement du progiciel de comptabilité financière Fedcom, nous recherchons un chef de projet technique possédant une connaissance approfondie de SAP pour gérer les aspects techniques informatiques de ce projet. Cela concerne principalement l'analyse et l'impact architectural, la migration, les intégrations et la transition technique d'un logiciel on-premise vers un logiciel SaaS/cloud.

Vous serez responsable du suivi technique de cette migration. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet côté business, et avec les experts SAP internes dont les équipes SAP BASIS et SAPDEV, et les partenaires externes. Vous veillez à ce que les tâches soient terminées à temps, selon le scope déterminé et dans les limites du budget.

Vous serez en charge des tâches suivantes visant à la transition technique du projet de renouvellement:

- Architecture : vous étudiez et validez le plan de migration technique du partenaire externe en collaboration avec l'IT-architect
- Intégration : FEDCOM2.0 sera connecté à plusieurs systèmes périphériques. Vous validez les solutions techniques proposées par les partenaires externes et vous concentrez, entre autres, sur la sécurité et l'efficacité.
- Coordination : Coordination et collaboration avec diverses équipes business au sein d'IOD-IT, y compris l'infrastructure et le service desk
- Planning : coordination et suivi des tâches projet des équipes SAP Basic et Développement (IOD-IT).
- BCP/DRP : Mise en place de procédures d'archivage et de continuité des services (BCP).
- Gouvernance : Mise en place d'une gouvernance technique concernant les upgrades, les patches, la configuration, la gestion des données, définition de la matrice de responsabilité pour la gestion de la nouvelle plateforme SaaS (RACI).

Lors de la phase opérationnelle, vos tâches seront:

- La coordination des équipes SAP Basis en Developments
- La mise en place et l'implémentation des Business Continuity Process (Back-up et recovery) et des Disaster Recovery Process (BCP et DRP)

**Description de profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'un Bachelor dans un domaine lié à l'informatique
- Vous avez une experience hands-on de différentes méthodologies de project management (Agile, Prince2,...). Une certification constitue un atout
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la technologie, du système et de l'architecture SAP:

- S/4HANA Architecture et SAP FIORI
- SAP BTP, SAP Gateway (OData Services), SAP HANA Database, ABAP
- SAP Activate Methodology
- SAP Identity Authentication en SAP Identity Provisioning
- Vous avez une expérience démontrée en tant que Project Manager en matière de:

- SAP implémentation end-to-end
- SAP infrastructure
- SAP integration
- Vous êtes à même de planifier des projets, de les organiser, de gérer les ressources et de respecter les échéances
- Vous êtes à même d'identifier les risques, de les évaluer et de les gérer
- Vous savez gérer une équipe, la motiver et la coacher
- Vous démontrez un intérêt certain du cadre plus vaste que le projet
- Vous disposez de grandes compétences en matière de communication et d'écoute, ce qui vous permet de communiquer avec les différents niveaux de l'organisation
