(Sr.) Operations Finance Manager

**About the job**:
The (Sr) Operations Finance Manager will be a key player within the EMEA Finance organization. He/She will perform a wide variety of tasks in the different aspects of Business Support.
- 1- Act as daily support for the EMEA Operations Director with as main focus the Belgian facility
- Cost control for the operational processes (production, warehouse, sourcing, )
- 2- Operations business support - become costing expert, analyze freight costs,
- Identify potential cost-efficiency improvements and follow up on the accomplishment thereof
- 3- Be involved in investment initiatives on an ad hoc basis, including expansion into new countries
- Compile and analyze month end financial reports: ensure a true and fair view of the financials
- 4- Drive reporting and process automation
- Provide support to internal and external audits
- 5- You will report to the EMEA Finance Director

**Who are we looking for?**:
**_ Required skills and competencies:_**

1- Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Economics and/or Business Administration
- +5 years of relevant experience. SAP, QlikView and/or OneStream knowledge is a plus.
- 2- High potential with a strong desire to learn and excel
- Solid analytical skills with an eye for accuracy and a problem-solving mentality.
- 3- Strong Dutch & English proficiency; knowledge of any other European language is an asset
- Flexible attitude, able to adapt to new situations, roles and geographies quickly
- 4- Above all, you show a positive mindset
