**Wat zoeken we in jou?**
- Je ademt online marketing. Van het **ontwikkelen tot het beheren van online campagnes**, elke klik, conversie en lead wordt door jou geoptimaliseerd. Jouw gereedschap? Onder andere **Google Analytics en Hubspot**, waarmee je de **resultaten nauwgezet analyseert en rapporteert**.
- Tools zoals **Google Ads, Meta en LinkedIn** kennen geen geheimen voor jou. Met jouw expertise weet je onze zichtbaarheid en engagement te vergroten.
- Met **Adobe Suite** als jouw canvas breng je onze boodschap visueel tot leven.
- Onze **website (Craft CMS) blijft up-to-date en fris** onder jouw waakzaam oog.
- Social media? Jij staat aan het roer. Van **contentstrategie tot dagelijks beheer**, je zorgt ervoor dat onze verschillende locaties online schitteren en resoneren met ons publiek.
- In samenwerking met onze partner, The Bakery, zul je onze **jaarlijkse marketingstrategie co-creëren**, implementeren en nauwgezet opvolgen.
- Je hebt **sterke** **SEO- en SEA-vaardigheden** (kennis van Semrush is een pluspunt). Je weet hoe je de online zichtbaarheid kunt vergroten door het optimaliseren van zoekwoorden en het beheren van betaalde advertentiecampagnes.
- Als onze **interne communicatie-antenne** zorg je voor een naadloze informatiestroom binnen ons bedrijf.
- Je zult een belangrijke rol spelen in de **ondersteuning van je team**. Of het nu gaat om het helpen uitschrijven van interne mailings, het creëren en plaatsen van vacatureteksten of andere ondersteunende taken.
- En natuurlijk, evenementen Van de foute party's tot de leukste personeelsfeesten, jij zorgt ervoor dat ze niet alleen soepel verlopen, maar ook onvergetelijk zijn.

**Dit ben jij**:

- Een professional met een **bachelor in Communicatiemanagement, Marketing of een verwant domein**, aangevuld met **mínimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring**.
- Digitaal onderlegd, met een **grondige kennis van tools zoals Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Advertising en Adobe Suite**.
- **Creatief en strategisch**, altijd op zoek naar de volgende grote kans om ons brand te versterken.
- Een **organisatorische goochelaar,** je kunt moeiteloos jongleren tussen meerdere projecten, deadlines en prioriteiten, terwijl je een hoge standaard van kwaliteit en efficiëntie behoudt.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met **Inbound Marketing** en bent vaardig met **Hubspot** om onze marketinginspanningen te optimaliseren en te stroomlijnen.
- Een **continue leerling**, bereid en enthousiast om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste trends, tools en best practices.
