TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER_
- Responsibilities_
- _ Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your team for Belgium & Luxembourg, including operational responsibility for new hires (from campus to senior managers)._
- _ Tracking of all open requisition and their current hiring status - including interviews, offers and start dates._
- _ Ensure Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication._
- _ Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research, LinkedIn headhunting and participation in different events such as job fairs, guest lectures,..._
- _ Managing hiring activities to ensure timeline completion for various hiring projects._
- _ Continuous collaboration and communication such as weekly project updates to be shared with P&C and BeLux Leadership._
- _ Management, engagement, and motivation of TA Specialists. Conducting regular 1:1’s and appraisals, and managing all activity associated with performance, leave of absence, and turnover/recruiting/onboarding into the team._
- _ Prepare and participate in project meetings, ensuring TA is present and accountable._
- Competencies_
- _ You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences._
- _ You believe the best work is done in teams, and you collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals._
- _ You’re analytical, considering data from multiple sources & relationships, can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions & assumptions that will best benefit the business._
- Experience/Qualifications_
- _ Demonstrable experience in a corporate high-volume full-cycle recruitment function._
- _ Successful stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization._
- _ Competence/agility in supervising and motivating a small team (could be remote)._
- _ Expert in designing and delivering sourcing strategies._
- _ Experience with SuccessFactor (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools._
- _ Fluency in Dutch, French and English._
