Instructional Designer

This job in a nutshell:
To strengthen the Learning & Development team (BDO Academy), we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and accurate
**graphic** and
**instructional**
**designer**.

The BDO Academy team provides support and training for more than 900 colleagues and external clients. You will join a team of 6 employees in which entrepreneurship and drive are central. In addition, you will also be part of the full HR team consisting of 25 people and can also make use of the in-house knowledge of business colleagues.

What will you be doing?:

- You will be responsible for developing and designing various training programmes in terms of design and basic material (video, images, animations) and activity development
- You are responsible for the creation of attractive communication content around training courses (syllabus, didactic tools, training descriptions and training sheets).
- You will work closely with various experts to create and compile course content
- You will train instructors, participants and employees in the use of our learning tools
- ** You will work with our IT department to troubleshoot issues in our learning tools**

What do you bring to the table?:

- You have studied graphic design and have a keen interest in Learning & Development
- You already have initial strong experience as a graphic designer
- You are interested in didactic aspects
- You are professionally trilingual (NL/FR/EN)
- You are someone who dares to think critically, who loves optimising and making all kinds of processes, documents and communications more efficient and who can bring structure to the work yourself;
- You possess strong motivation with a service-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
