You will be working within the Carbon Neutral Team, as part of Plant & Environmental Engineering under Production Engineering division
Main purpose of this team is to support plants to provide safe, reliable and efficient utility/energy supply in a cost-effective way to achieve their challenging targets (Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050) for energy and CO2 reduction.
Plant & Environment (Carbon Neutral Team)
Working under the leadership of the PLE management with at greater focus on Carbon Neutral projects.
**Your project**
You will be using data collection software to analyse and minimize significant CO2 emitters from Paint Shop of manufacturing plants. You’ll be given basic training regarding data collection software to execute following tasks:
- Paint Booth Air Supply System CO2 Reduction
- Paint Oven CO2 Reduction
- Paint shop Ventilation CO2 Reduction
- You will be utilizing central dashboard and notification which will ensure optimum operational parameters always kept. Report total CO2 savings by correction of abnormality.
- Recording and understanding energy data and energy abnormality management of the manufacturing plants.
- Work alongside the Carbon Neutral organization to optimize existing equipment operation.

Your Profile:
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)- You have interest in energy systems data collection & evaluation/ IoT and big data-
- Knowledge of data visualization software system would be an added value- Student in engineering (preferably energy, electrical, electromechanical or process engineering)- Analytical thinker, good communication skill
