**In search of Technical Superintendent**:

- You deliver cost effective, timely and high quality services (marine operations and technical maintenance) to meet the fleet’s contractual requirements - strictly following SMS guidelines and procedures.
- Operational:_- Ensure safe, efficient and economical technical performance of all ships, in compliance with all Flag, class and international statutory and other mandatory requirements.
- This includes overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey schedules, onboard general assessment of vessels, inspections and dockings etc. in close liaison with Masters and Chief Engineers.- Overall responsible for the planned maintenance in the office and on the vessels (PMS). Monthly review of maintenance processes and technical status of fleet.-
- Liaise with the technical shore supply and base support for the day to day operations of the vessels.-
- Plan and supervise dry-dockings, ensuring implementation of project management principles. Provide and compile documented reports upon completion of dry docking, incl. summaries of works performed, operational budgets and actual expenditures.-
- Provide technical assistance and advice to ships both at home port and overseas.-
- Supervise contractors’ repair and maintenance of the ships.-
- Perform technical and budget compliance audits and investigation on defects/failures on a regular scheduled basis to ensure conformance and cost control measures.-
- The Technical Superintendent may correspond with the client on all contractual and operational issues.-
- Create an environment of continuous improvement-
- Ensure the compliance of the vessels to the ISM code withing your area of responsibility**What do we expect?**:
- You are a Qualified Chief Engineer or combined nautical/engineering officer.-
- Having management qualifications is a plus.-
- You obtained a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.-
- Experience on DP vessels and with drydocking is a plus.-
- You have profound knowledge of English.-
- You have Marine Engineering skills.-
- You are familiar with ISM/ISPS/MLC and with Flag state/Classification Society procedures and regulations.**What do we offer you?**:
