**About Classis**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure data-entry integrity and product integrity in product management systems
- Maintain all sampling orders and records with meticulousness and attention to detail
- Communicate with vendors promptly to ensure timely product development flow
- Review and analyze sampling product information data from vendors to ensure accuracy
- Be responsible for samples management and organization
- Create, enter & perform in-season updates to sampling information in multiple databases
- Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and increase efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers regularly on sample tracking and delivery status for future and past due orders.

- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with cross functional teams with minimum supervision
- Excellent English - spoken and written
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical ability with an outstanding attention to details
- Clear and concise presentation skills
- Good knowledge of different Microsoft programs (Microsoft Project, Office 365, Dynamics 365), with passion to learn new systems
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain focus and structure
- Knowledge of Product Management systems/PIM systems will be consider as a valid asset
