Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van de use cases inzake customer engagement. Dankzij je analytisch vermogen en je zin voor organisatie draag je ertoe bij dat de klanten van Belfius de best mogelijke offerte krijgen op het juiste moment en via het daartoe meest geschikte kanaal.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van de customer journeys waarmee je aan de klanten van Belfius de best mogelijke producten/diensten kan aanbieden afhankelijk van hun behoeften.
In dat opzicht zijn dit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Een haalbaarheidsanalyse makevan de diverse aanvragen van customer journeys.
- Het toetsen van de aanvragen afhankelijk van de diverse insights waarover we beschikken.
- Functionele analyses van de customer journeys.
- De set-up van decustomer journeys in Adobe Experience Platform.
- Het aanspreekpunt zijn bij Data & Analytics voor de Customer Journeys van een welbepaald domein.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je behaalde een diploma in een commerciële of technologische richting en/of kan een eerste beroepservaring voorleggen.
- Je deed een eerste ervaring op bij het tot stand brengen van campagnes.
- Je hebt belangstelling voor het proces inzake customer engagement en wordt gemotiveerd door de uitdaging van de data in een gediversifieerde technologische omgeving die voortdurend evolueert.
- Je beschikt over degelijke analytische en synthesevaardigheden en kan complexe situaties structureren.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende vaardigheden inzake communicatie en project management.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Frans, alsook Engels.
Je scoort extra punten als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans).
- Je behaalde een AEP-certificaat.
- Je deed een eerste ervaring op met Adobe Experience Platform.
