Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior Buyer voor het Procurement team. Onze nieuwe Junior Buyer zorgt voor de nodige ondersteuning zodat de aankoopafdeling efficiënt, vlot en effectief te werk gaat in de ondersteuning naar de 3 business units binnen Agidens, actief in de industrieën Pharma, Bulk Liquid Storages en Food, Beverages & Fine Chemicals.
Jouw rol?
Als Junior Buyer maak je deel uit van ons team met ervaren collega’s. Als verantwoordelijke voor bepaalde aankoopcategorieën/segmenten, behoort het tot jouw takenpakket om hiervoor een strategie te ontwikkelen en hiervan de Source to Contract uit te voeren. Verder zal je de Senior Buyers in zowel direct als indirect ondersteunen met het implementeren van de segmentstrategieën die zij hebben uitgewerkt. Naast deze commerciële uitdagingen, ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor volgende operationele zaken:
- Je ondersteunt je interne klant (collega buyers, project managers, engineers en calculators) doorheen het aankoopproces (prijsvraag tot bestelbon) en je begeleidt hen bij de keuze van de (gecontracteerde) onderaannemers & leveranciers.
- Je voert de aankoopadministratie in het D-365-systeem in.
- Je volgt de orders van A tot Z opvan orderbevestiging tot facturatie, uiteraard in nauwe samenwerking met je interne collega’s (P2P).
- Eerstelijns leveringsproblemen oplossen d.m.v. nauw contact met de leverancier. Het uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk is van cruciaal belang om zo snel mogelijk tot een oplossing te komen.
- Als brugfiguur werk je voor de business en/of technische stakeholders (intern of extern) om verbeteringen en/of problemen End-to-End op te volgen.
En je staat er niet alleen voor. In een klein team van aankopers en order administrators, rapporteer je op regelmatige basis rapporteer rechtstreeks aan de Procurement Manager.
Wie ben jij?
- Je houdt ervan om nauw samen te werken met verschillende project teams en je voelt je comfortabel om extern de nodige resultaten te bekomen van je leveranciers.
- Je hebt een Bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Bij voorkeur heb je enige jaren ervaring in een project omgeving en/of in een aankoopafdeling.
- Heb je kennis van Supply Chain, dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
- Ben je in staat om nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en tegen een deadline te werken? Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen en hier op een zelfstandige en proactieve manier mee om te gaan.
- Verder, moedigen we je graag om aan om initiatieven te nemen om verbeteringen te realiseren.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Microsoft programma’s.
- Ervaring met Dynamics 365 is een pluspunt. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels
