DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
- Implement core business logic
- Creation of servers and databases for functionality
- Design and implementation of data storage solutions
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection
- Design and develop APIs
- Participating in the design and creation of scalable software
- Taking lead on projects, as needed
- Maintenance of code integrity and organisation
- Writing clean, functional code on the back-end
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
- Meet both technical and consumer needs
- Write technical documentation
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and other developers

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
The minimum educational qualification corresponds to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a **bachelor's degree** of 3 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud
- Good knowledge of modelling tools
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS
- Good knowledge of business process analysis
- Good knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture)
- Ability to prioritise efficiently and fast
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in OLAF.C.3
- Excellent English communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis skills and problem solving attitude and skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings; ease of communication
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects
- Excellent team player
- Ability to understand, speak and write French (C2)

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in the back-end languages Java, JEE
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in the frameworks Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience with Javascript and in the front-end frameworks React &Angular
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in the code repositories Gitlab, Git and SVN
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in the IDE IntelliJ
- Excellent knowledge of web concepts (HTTP protocol, impact of infrastr. components, REST, SOAP)
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience with REST webservices
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) Database Management Systems
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in ElasticSearch
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in Apache Kafka
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in CI/CD and Application Lifecycle Management tools (Jenkins and Nexus)
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience with Sonar
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience with DevOps container or serverless/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience with PKI and in Authentication and Access Management (OAuth 2.0)
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (Confluence and Jira)
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience in Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile
