**1 - Werken bij de VUB**:
De **Vrije Universiteit Brussel** staat al meer dan 50 jaar voor vrijheid, gelijk(waardig)heid en verbondenheid en dat leeft sterk op onze campussen bij zowel studenten als personeel. **2 - Functiebeschrijving**:
**De verbindende kracht worden tussen de centrale diensten en de professoren?**
Het Business Partner team is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die over de nodige ambitie beschikt om de administratieve processen te optimaliseren tussen de centrale diensten en faculteiten.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Ondersteunen en adviseren van professoren in de faculteiten Ingenieurswetenschappen en Wetenschappen & Bio-wetenschappen inzake hoofdzakelijk **HR, finance en onderzoeksprojecten**;
- Als **strategische partner **ga je op zoek naar structurele oplossingen op basis van vragen en noden vanuit jouw professoren in de faculteiten, vak
- en onderzoeksgroepen. Je bent de facilitator en het aanspreekpunt in het hele proces;
- Adviseren aan de leden van het Directiecomité in de transitie naar een **efficiënter en beter administratief beheer**;
- **Beleidsaanbevelingen **doen ter verbetering van de verschillende administratieve processen. Je werkt ook zelf steeds aan een eigen project om beleidsaanbevelingen om te zetten naar de praktijk.
Eigen **initiatief **en **proactiviteit **worden zeer sterk aangemoedigd in deze functie. De Business Partners genieten een grote **autonomie **en werken binnen een zelfsturend team van 6, waar **samenwerking**, **openheid **en **vertrouwen** centraal staan. Om bovenstaande taken waar te maken is samenwerking zowel binnen jouw eigen team, als met verschillende departementen cruciaal, alsook het kunnen omgaan met veranderingen en weerstand.
In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de team coördinator en werk je nauw samen met de BP collega's die elk verantwoordelijk zijn voor hun eigen faculteitscluster.
Voor deze functie zal Etterbeek je thuisbasis worden
**3 - Profiel**:
**Ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken?**
- We zoeken iemand met een **Master**diploma.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het **Nederlands en Engels** en past je boodschap gemakkelijk aan afhankelijk van je doelpubliek.
- Je bent een geboren **netwerker **en vormt graag een brug tussen de faculteiten en de ondersteunende diensten van de VUB.
- Je voelt je thuis in een snel **veranderende omgeving**, maar dankzij je **organisatietalent **hou je er juist van om structuur aan te brengen
- Je werkt op een **zelfstandige **manier, en functioneert tegelijk ook goed in **teamverband**:
- Je hebt een **hands-on mentaliteit **en bent resultaatgericht ingesteld.
- Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan vereenvoudiging en **optimalisatie **van processen op basis van analyses, zowel adviserend als uitvoerend, en stimuleert daarmee continue verbetering.
- Je begrijpt mensen en organisaties en je kan omgaan met verschillende standpunten en met **weerstand tegen change** van diverse stakeholders.
- Kennis van de werking van de VUB is een plus.
- Affiniteit met de exacte wetenschap is een plus.
**4 - Aanbod**:

We bieden je een **voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur **aan met een bruto maandsalaris gekoppeld aan **graad **7 (min. € 3.546,3 - max. € 5.469,38), 8 (min. € 4.022,2 - max. € 6.106,13) of 9 (min. € 4.369,36 - max. € 6.453,29). Het salaris is afhankelijk van je competenties en het aantal jaren relevante werkervaring.
