**The Role**
As a Client Project Manager at Telenet Business you will have the opportunity to carry out installation projects at our largest clients. You plan, control and manage client projects from the initial design phases to the final delivery and handover to the operations department. You will be the driving force behind the management of the different operational teams and internal and external suppliers. By putting the customer first, you will be able to directly influence customer loyalty (NPS). We offer a position with high impact and high visibility within the organisation. You will be part of a dynamic and fun team where we help and support each other where necessary.

**The location**:
Belgium is your playground, the Telenet office in Mechelen (2 days a week) is your home base.

Your responsibilities:

- Translate a scope into a roadmap, deliverables, solution and planning.
- Lead a project team, taking into account different constraints, opinions and visions.
- Convert high-level designs to low-level designs. You will participate in the final engineering of the technical solution. You will have to take into account the customer's needs as much as possible while not losing sight of efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Managing (planning, leading and coordinating) the different teams involved in the execution of the project. Controlling and motivating those involved so that the customer's schedule is respected.
- Controlling the project budget: checking the initial budget against the actual costs during implementation.
- Supervision of the availability and purchase of externally procured services and equipment, monitoring of suppliers.
- Active approach in case of escalation: independently search for solutions, set the right priorities and take decisions if necessary.
- Single point of contact for the customer, representing Telenet Business during the implementation phase; correct, clear and timely communication with the customer, proactive if necessary.
- Assumes final responsibility for the project, from sale to handover to service management and/or customer service; provides the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth handover.
- Provide the necessary input to the invoicing and collection team, so that correct and clear invoices can be generated.
- Report to Steerco/management on the progress of the project.
- In collaboration with Service Management and Account Management, within the Account team, follow up on key Telenet Business customers after delivery in terms of project management or delivery issues.
- You have an engineering degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have knowledge of telecommunications and ICT.
- You can work in three languages (NL/FR/EN).
- A few years of experience in project management is an added value.
- You have good negotiation skills. You can build trust in an open and transparent working environment. You can adapt your communication style to the stakeholder.
