**Job description**:

- We are looking for a quality controller for our food company. As Quality controller, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.**Duties**:
**Laboratory**- Taking samples in case of additional testing (finished products, raw material testing...)-
- Preparing and sending laboratory requests-
- Taking and reading rodacs-
- Taking swabs and sending them to the lab-
- Ordering lab material (rodacs, swabs, sample bags)**Production**- Label check manual and automatic label machine (check correctness of content and print quality) + take actions if NOK-
- Daily GMP hygiene inspection in production + pass on actions (R&O, working methods, TD, etc.)-
- R&O: managing and monitoring cleaning team-
- Pest control: follow up on actions-
- Water and air: checking chlorination-
- Temperature: checking temperatures, reading loggers-
- Glass and plexiglass audit-
- Personnel: control of sanitary block, follow-up of hygiene rules-
- Infrastructure: drawing up TD work orders, checking release after technical maintenance, following up maintenance planning-
- Calibration thermometers, request external calibrations-
- 1st-line contact for production problems (concerning scanners, deliveries, etc.)**Profile**:
- At least a bachelor degree in a relevant direction, such as food technology or quality management-
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position within the food industry-
- Knowledge of quality systems, such as HACCP and ISO standards-
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders-
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure-
- Eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement-
- Excellent knowledge of both the Dutch and English languages**Offer**:
