Hays is looking for a **functional analyst **for a client based in **Ghent**.

- **Experience with.NET development**

The business analysis has already been done for this project, so the main focus will be on the functional analysis of how the development needs to be. Another part of the project concerns the integration of a new warehouse management system (WMS).

- Be the bridge between the business and the IT department and manage all the stakeholders (including internal and external customers)
- Identify the needs but also the problems and bring actions to solve them

- Take part in the testing and validating of the software releases

**Have you got...**
- At least 4 years of experience in a functional analyst role ?
- Experience as a developer in a.NET environment ?
- Good communication and managing skills ?
