**Functie**
- Build and maintain validity of price lists for at least 12 months
- Negotiation of supply conditions ( Lead time and OTIF)
- Manage RFQs and negotiate for the best purchasing conditions (unit cost, lead time, payment terms, MOQ) with selected vendors
- Create a knowledge basis (relationship and pricing history) on GIS systems about the related vendor
- Experience with Item Card Management, Vendor Card Management,
- Support technology to increase transactional procurement efficiencies in line with Automation strategies
- Follows the processes described in the training manuals
- You'll report to the Tactical Sourcing Team Manager

**Functie-eisen**
- Higher Education (Bachelor or Master degree)
- Plus: 2 years of work experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Technical background is a plus
- Experience with Item Card Management, Vendor Card Management
- Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers, communicate on different levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
- Extra language skills are a plus
- Ownership to take responsibility of results
- Independence, high level of own initiative
- Willingness to learn to fill the gaps
- Determination in pursuit of objectives
- Ability to read technical documentation
