Bosch Thermotechnlogy Belgium, situated in Mechelen, is a pure sales country unit that operates under the brands Buderus and Bosch.
- You will be working as a Service Management Intern in the Installation to Resale (After Sales) department at Bosch Thermotechnology in Mechelen.
- Your main responsibility will be to support in projects and process optimization regarding CRM and Data Analytics.
- You will support in administrative Field Service topics.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for several After-Sales reports (Power BI) and may be asked to conduct several analyses.

**Qualifications**:

- You are currently a student (Data Analytics, Statistics, International Business Management, Marketing, Economical Studies, project management etc.) and you are interested in Data Analytics in the Customer Service area and Project Management.
- You have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. You are curious and have a positive mindset. You are well-organised, can work independently, efficiently and are self-motivated.
- You have practical knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI. Microsoft Power Plaftform is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

**If you are a student enrolled in a University/College** (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1035,30/month.

In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
