**De functie**:
Onze klant zet meer en meer in op de pijler customer-centricity. Hierbij is het opbouwen van een goed documentatie platform voor de gebruiker van cruciaal belang. Daarom zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een technical writer (M/V).

Als technical writer beschrijf en onderhoud je de (technische) documentatie van de producten en modules. Het doelpubliek omvat zowel de gebruikers bij onze klanten als de interne medewerkers.

Met je communicatietalent verzamel je de informatie die je nodig hebt van de product managers en de experts (mechanisch ontwerpers, software ontwikkelaars, gebruikers) uit de verschillende afdelingen (R&D, montage, after-sales, kwaliteitsdienst).

**Het profiel**:

- Je bent in staat om complexe inhoud te vertalen in heldere, gebruikersgerichte documentatie.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om in de mindset van de gebruiker te stappen en documentatie te creëren die best aansluit aan hun noden.
- Je hebt enige ervaring met structured authoring tools (DITA-based) en content Management Systems (zoals Ixiasoft).
- Je hebt een vlotte pen zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands. De meeste documentatie wordt in het Engels geschreven.
- Je hebt een analytische mindset en oog voor detail.
- Je bent stressbestendig en werkt resultaatsgericht.
- Ervaring in machinebouw en CAD-gebaseerde tools (Creo) is een pluspunt.
