Projektmanager (M/w/d)

**Important Requirements**:
a) Proven 2 years of experience in project management - potentially but not necessarily as a project manager - in large scale market **retail payments**, preferably but not necessarily in European institutions.

b) Proven in-depth experience in the use of a project management software (e.g. MS Project) to set up and track complex projects, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, budget and risks.

c) At least 2 years of proven experience with either of the established project management methodologies PMP, Prince2 or PM².

d) At least 2 years of proven using Excel for financial planning

Collect from key personnel in the project information on the progress according to the project plan, completion of milestones and proposals for updates to the project plan. Analyse the project’s progress and create summarising reports and presentations.

Compile proposed updates of the project plan and verify them against project assumptions and dependencies and conduct the interaction with project controllers.

Establish and provide information on the new risks, the status of existing risks and the progress of the risk mitigating measures.

Establish and provide information on the progress according to the project plan, completion of milestones and proposal for updates to the project plan to the Project Management Office.

Propose updates to the Risk Register, organisational aspects and the Project Plan based on own analysis.

Gather from Team Leads information on new risks, the status of existing risks and the progress of the risk mitigating measures.

Prepare a monthly status report for the Project Steering Group.

Monitor and report on the consumption of resources during the Investigation Phase. If needed, prepare an update of the Financial Envelope for the respective project phase.

**Salary**: €80,923.67 - €90,617.19 per year
