Ter ondersteuning van het aankoop team (non-food), zijn we op zoek naar een halftijdse administratieve kracht (20u/week).

Je primaire rol zal er in bestaan om in het systeem de templates aan te maken van de informatie die door productie op onze verpakkingen moet gedrukt worden. Hiervoor overleg je met de mensen van de klantendienst, productie en kwaliteit.

Daarnaast kunnen u ook andere administratieve taken toebedeeld worden zoals:

- Opvolgen van stalen en nieuwe materialen;
- Opvolgen van artwork developments voor specifieke klantengroepen;
- Plaatsen van bestellingen in SAP;
- Opvolgen leveringen;
- Inboeken van zendnota's van geleverde goederen;
- Afstemmen met leveranciers en interne afdelingen;
- Fiches, certificaten, specificaties voor klanten & externe aankopen aanvullen;
Je werkt nauw samen met 3 collega's op de aankoopafdeling (verpakkingsmaterialen, reinigingsmiddelen, services) die verantwoordelijk is voor 3 sites waarvan 2 in Belgi
- en 1 in Frankrijk.

- Vereisten:

- Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je idealiter over een bachelor diploma en/of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en heb je een goed taalgevoel. Je werkt administratief zeer nauwkeurig met oog voor detail, bent communicatief, stressbestendig, organisatorisch en oplossingsgericht
- Je kan vlot overweg met Microsoft-office. Kennis SAP is mooi meegenomen.- Ervaring:
