Avec ses 195 collaborateurs, elle œuvre à la fois comme bureau d’études au développement de la profession notariale et comme entreprise de services aux études notariales de manière à permettre à ces dernières de rencontrer les besoins de leur clientèle de manière optimale. Pour rejoindre notre équipe finance et contribuer au lancement du Centre d’Études Économiques du Notariat, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Economics Analyst passionné, véritable « couteau suisse » doté d’une expertise en économie (micro et macro), en analyse financière, en analyse et modélisation de données

En tant qu'Economics Analyst chez Fednot, vous aurez l’opportunité de vous plonger dans des projets variés et stimulants. Vous explorerez et analyserez des données économiques, financières et quantitatives pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques, tout en apportant votre expertise sur des questions complexes liées au notariat. Vous serez également un acteur clé dans la création de modèles économiques, la visualisation de données et l’élaboration de recommandations qui guideront tant nos clients internes qu’externes.

**Dans ce contexte, vos tâches et responsabilités seront les suivantes**:

- Analyser les données économiques en lien avec le notariat, en les contextualisant et en fournissant des recommandations éclairées pour divers dossiers stratégiques ;
- Surveiller les tendances économiques ayant un impact direct ou indirect sur le notariat ;
- Étudier et suivre le paysage notarial dans son ensemble, tant au niveau micro-économique (au sein des études notariales) que macro-économique (au niveau du Notariat global), en identifiant des benchmarks en termes d'activité, de rentabilité et de productivité ;
- Contribuer aux projets du département Go4Management en fournissant des analyses et benchmarks pertinents ;
- Réaliser des analyses quantitatives et financières diverses, essentielles aux activités de Fednot (ex. : pricing, business cases) ;
- Participer à la construction, modélisation et développement d’outils pour évaluer l'impact de divers facteurs sur les indicateurs clés du notariat et de Fednot ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes BI et Data Science pour la production et l'amélioration continue des baromètres et autres publications à destination du grand public ;
- Soutenir les activités de Fusions & Acquisitions en suivant les partenaires potentiels, en élaborant des plans financiers et en formulant des recommandations stratégiques ;
- Assurer un reporting ponctuel pour diverses institutions partenaires.

**Votre Profil**
- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme universitaire en finance, économie, statistique, mathématiques ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine de la finance ; une expérience en audit financier est un atout évident ;
- Vous maîtrisez tant le français que néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et les outils d’analyse et de visualisation de données (Python, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) ;
- Vous disposez de solides compétences analytiques et prêtez une attention minutieuse aux détails dans les analyses quantitatives et financières ;
- Vous êtes doté d’une véritable capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière créative et à interpréter les données pour en tirer des conclusions concrètes ;
- Votre talent pour vulgariser les concepts économiques complexes et rédiger des analyses claires, adaptées à différents publics (notaires, presse, collègues) est une aide précieuse dans la prise de décision stratégique.
